Processing Time
Orders are processed and produced within approximately 3–7 business days after payment is confirmed. Because our products are print-on-demand, production begins once an order is placed.

After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, or high order volume.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. Prints & Things is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@printsandthings.us with your order number and photos (if applicable) so we can assist you.
